Robin Kopecký is a philosopher and cognitive scientist specializing in AI ethics, philosophy of technology, and experimental philosophy. He studied philosophy and biology at the Charles University in Prague and previously worked as a researcher at the Faculty of Science, Charles University; the Institute of Philosophy, Czech Academy of Sciences; and the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. His research focuses on topics such as machine agency, human enhancement, ethics of autonomous vehicles, and the ethics of rescue robots.
