Juraj Hvorecký is in charge of all communication and dissemination activities within the project. He oversees the website, social media accounts, publicity and project promotion. He plans all the activities within this domain and is responsible for external media presentations of CETE-P.

Juraj has a background in philosophy of mind, where his main interests are consciousness, emotions and intentionality. He has recently started to work within the philosophy of technology, especially ethics of AI and social robotics. He is also an expert in administrative ethics and codes of ethics. Juraj has been a member of several nationally, binationally and internationally funded projects and headed several of them.
